Q: Why my website is slow?

A: It could be

- html pages that are heavy

- too many or too large graphics

- bad coding

- cart problems (assuming you have a cart)

- slow servers - host issues, best to be hosted locally

- could be someone else on your shared hosting that is using up a lot of bandwidth.

Q: Where is our data center?

A: Our data center is located in the DTC in Cyberjaya, Malaysia's intelligent city. Cyberjaya is the nucleus of the Multimedia Super Corridor (MSC) powered by a world-class telecommunications infrastructure built by Telekom Malaysia. Some of our servers are housed at this data center.

Q: How long after payment made, my website is active?

A: Vary between packages but for stimulus package, approximately takes 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Q: What currency is WebNet uses?

A: Malaysian Ringgit - RM (Other currencies will be update soon).

Q: What is static website?

A: it is based on html website (client wont be able to do much changes to website - designer will).

Q: What is Dynamic website?

A: it is based on joomla website (client able to do changes to website).
